Manager Supply Chain Financing Job Description in Al Baraka Bank
- Business Growth: Develop and execute plans to expand the Supply Chain Finance portfolio by onboarding anchor corporates, distributors, suppliers, and dealers, while driving utilization of SCF products. Drive various Program financing initiates developed for SMEs.
- Digital Enablement: Support implementation and enhancement of digital SCF platforms, automate workflows, and digitize customer journeys and documentation processes.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with anchors and ecosystem participants, conduct client meetings, product presentations, and training sessions, and ensure high service standards.
- Risk & Compliance: Coordinate with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to manage approvals, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure adherence to credit terms, AML/KYC, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare business proposals, portfolio performance reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management decision-making and track growth targets
