Eligibility

• Minimum M.A./M.Sc./BS (Hons.) with B.Ed/M.Ed from an HEC-recognised institution.
• M.Phil or Ph.D shall be preferred.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 15 years post-qualification teaching experience at Matric level or above.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Principal, Director or Head of a reputed public school, cadet college or leading private institution.
• Demonstrated success in academic improvement, institutional development, governance, financial management and stakeholder engagement.

• Visionary leader with a commitment to academic excellence and character development.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and outstanding communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive performance and build a culture of accountability.
• Strong understanding of digital learning, educational innovation, data-informed decision-making and quality assurance.
• Ability to establish productive partnerships with parents, alumni and the business community.
• Experience in strategic planning, policy formulation and organizational development skills.

Compensation

Starting salary of Rs. 300,000 per month (negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience and demonstrated competence), together with furnished official accommodation within the campus.
